5th day in observing (Nov. 28, 2009)

Miss Polinar is going to teach today, while she is teaching we are observing at the back of the class. She discussed about the html forms. She gave exercises to the students, and then we assist them in doing their excises.

2nd day of my teaching (Dec. 03, 2009)

On my second day of my teaching, Miss Anjie discussed first how to insert animations in html. She discussed about the animated word, how to insert image to html. After she Miss discussed about it, she told me to proceed to discussed about the animated text which is the marquee. As what I’ve observed to the students, they are not paying attention to me during my discussion. Some of them are busy in doing their exercises. Only few of them listen to me in discussion. So that when I gave them a written quiz, they say a big “ha?” I thought that they were surprised because some of them busy in doing something.

1st day of my teaching (Nov. 26, 2009)

Today is my first day in teaching. I felt so nervous, because I don’t know if my students will understand what I am discussing in front of them. I felt that I’m so fast while discussing, my students see me seriously, and a little afraid. But I am so happy to know that they easily understand of my discussion.

4th day in observing (Nov. 24, 2009)

On 4th day observing, Laila Mae starts to teach to the 1st year BSOA students. She discussed about the formatting text. After discussing about the topic, she gave them an exercise related to the topic she discussed. Student spent a long time in typing the exercise, because the exercises she gave is long. So that, when she gave them the last hands-on exercise, it is already time.

3rd Day in observing (Nov. 21, 2009)

On the 3rd day of our observing, I thought that Miss Anjie will have a class, but Miss Anjie gives them their prelim examination. So that, we observed the students during their exam.

2nd Day in observing (Nov. 19, 2009)

On my second day experience in observing, Miss Anjie discussed about html, she also give an exercises to her students. While they are performing the exercises, we are the one who are assisting the students if they have a question, what’s the next step they are going to do. As what I observed, many of them are not sure what is the next step they are going to apply; some of them are afraid to press on the keyboard.

1st day in observing (Nov. 17, 2009)

This is the first day that we are going to observed in the EDP 3 class of Miss Anjie. As I enter the computer laboratory, I felt so nervous, because it is my first time to observe a class, specially the college students. As the class starts, Miss Anjie informs them that this day we are going to observe in the class. After that, Miss Anjie gives us a chance to introduce our self in front of the students.

After we introduce our self, Miss Anjie proceed discuss their lesson about the internet and web page. As Miss Anjie discussing, we, the observer are sitting at the back part of the class, observing the way they response to the discussion, the way they pay attention in class.

My 13th experience (Nov. 13, 2009)

This day, as I arrive to the internet laboratory, I finished installing the Microsoft word 2007 to the computer that is not already installed. After that, we go to Mr. Randolph to get our incentives.

My 12th experience (Nov. 12, 2009)

Today, Sir Abing told us to continue install the anti-virus, and connect the one PC to another. Also Sir Abing told us to install the Microsoft word 2007. There is one computer that has a problem to connect to the station 22. So that i decided to reformat it again, as Sir Abing instructed to me. After reformatting, I install the anti-virus and networking.

My 11th experience (Nov. 11, 2009)

As I arrive to school, we start to duty at the internet laboratory. At eighr o'clock, Miss Anjie ask of two of us to go at computer laboratory to check the two computer, because the computer has a problem. We reformat the computers again, we install the motherboard, microsoft office 2003, Corel draw, and the visual studio. After we do the task, we go back at the internet lab. Sir Abing told us to recheck the computers, so that we can proceed to the install the anti-virus and Microsoft word 2007.

My 10th experience (Nov. 10, 2009)

This day we continue our work at internet laboratory. We continue reformatting computers that is need to repair, because there are computers that is hard to reformat, because there is a problem in the program of the computer.

My 9th day experience (Nov. 09, 2009)

This day is the first day of class of secondd semester, also the day of our duty at internet laboratory. But before we duty at internet lab, Sir Abing told us to fix the thing scattered at the computer laboratory, so that it is ready to use by the students during the class. After fixing the scattered things, we checked the computers if there is no computer needed to reformat, during our checking, we discover that there is two computer needed to reformat, that's why Patria and Grace handle it in reformatting. After reformatting, we are allowed to go home, because we need to wear uniform. After lunch, we go back to school for the class. After the class, we decided to go at the front of panadero to eat kwek-kwek, and go home.

My 8th day experience (NOv. 06, 2009)

On November 06, 2009, it is our eight day of experience in our ojt. This day we continue on reformatting computers in the internet laboratory. Sir Abing told us that if we finish reformatting computers at the internet laboratory, we will proceed reformatting at the high school computer laboratory. The day of November 06, is the day that we finish the remaining computer at the internet laboratory. That day I finished reformatting of the two computers, the other computer are reformatted by my classmates. After we finished our task, Sir Abing allow us to open our facebook. It is ok to Sir Abing because, we already finished the task he has given to us.

My 7th day experience (Nov. 5, 2009)

On this day, is the day that we are going to continue reformatting. Our target is the computer laboratory of high school. First we get a CD ROM's from the internet laboratory and go directly to the high school computer laboratory. We select computers and start reformatting it. When the lunch time came, it is not easy for us to let go of the lab, because there are computers that is not easy to reformat. So that, Sir Abing told us to be back at afternoon. Exactly 1:30, we came back at the laboratory, we continue to reformat it, so much patience that is needed that time because we do not finish it, Sir Abing will get angry of us.

My 6th day experience (Nov. 04, 2009)

On my sixth day experience, we continue on reformating computers at the computer laboratory. After we finished reformatting computer at computer laboratory, Sir Abing give task to us to include reformatting the computers at internet laboratory. for the whole day all we have to do is to reformat computer, that's why when I came home I felt headache.

My 5th day experience (Oct. 30, 2009)

This day is the day that we are going to start to reformat the computers in the Internet laboratory. As we start to reformat the computers, Sir Abing give us a brief instruction on what we have to do, he said that we need to have an extra careful in reconnecting the switch at the motherboard. One of my classmate experience to be spark at the electric. Afte Sir Abing give an instruction,he told us to find a computer that has a CD ROM, when we find a computer has no CD ROM, Sir Abing will give a CD ROM that we are going to install. After we install the CD ROM, he said that we can start reformatting the compouter. I on the computers that I select, and start reformatting it. After reformatting, we start installing the OS-Win XP, the Office (word, Excel, Powerpoint) 2003, next is the pagemaker, the Visual studio, and the last one is the Corel Draw.

I am so happy that i have a little in reformatting and installing in the computer, thanks to Sir Abing that he taught us on how to reformat and install. As I finished installing Sir Abing declared that we are alloewd to go home and will be back on wednesday.

My 4th day experience (Oct. 29, 2009)

This day, I am the first who came at the internet laboratory to have the OJT. When my classmates came, instead of doing our task in our OJT, Sir Abing told us that there was an error in the website of Assumption College of Nabunturan, so that he started to disccussed us about the introducti0n in the Basic Computer Operation and Trouble shooting. He disccused first about the Introduction to Computer hardware so that we can easilly determine the different parts of the motherboard. Sir Abing told us that there two types of trouble shooting encounter, but he did not told us the one type,only the one type he told us, that is the system trouble shooting, he told us that we can know the other one later on.

In the introduction to computer hardware, the following are included, case, power switch, reset switch, hard drive, floppy, CD/DVD, zip drive, serial drive, parallel ports, USB port, keyboard mouse, network card, modem, sound card, video card, RAM, motherboard, bus, fan, and the cables. He also tough us on how to reformat and burn to a CD.

My 3rd experince (Oct. 28, 2009)

My experiences this day is all about, I experience that my one eye get red, I am afraid because this fast few days I saw some people who have a "sore eyes". I am hoping that it will not get into red. I wake up early in the morning because my mother and brother wake up early because our pig labor her babies. As I wake up I started to fix the bed, I prepare the rice bowl for cooking a rice. While cooking a rice, i also washed the plates. After taking a bath, I fix myself and go to school. When I came to school, I punch in at the guard house and proceed to the Internet laboratory. Sir Abing give us (Grace) a task to ask the name of the fetcher, their relationship to the pupils, the name of the pupil they are going to fetch, and the grade of the pupil where the fetcher's waiting at the back of the school canteen at the high school building. After we gather data, we came back at the Internet laboratory and submit to Sir Abing the data we gather. And I start to post a new experience at my blog spot.

My learning is that, this day I learn on how to perform correctly the task given to me, and I learn how to communicate well to the person I interview. I learn to follow actively the task, learn to be cooperate with my classmate so that we can finish in few time the task given.

My feeling is that, when we go to the high school canteen, i felt ashamed to face the fetcher's, but I told to myself that I cannot finish my task if I continue to feel ashamed. So that I start to perform the task, and for a while I finished it.

At 1pm, me and classmates decided to go at NNCHS to avail the Jobs bridging of TESDA. They are giving opportunity to the people to find a work in the job vacancies of the companies. The TESDA in-charge give me a gold card so that i can also use it when i am going to apply for a work. That time i experience to be one of the applicant because me and my friend get tired waiting for our turn.

My 2nd experience (Oct. 27, 2009)

This day, my experience is all about my enrolment day. I am not attending the seminar its because I set the day to enroll. I experience to sit and wait for Mrs. Evangelio, because she is the one who will give us a white form that we are going to fill up about the subjects I enroll. I experience to feel sleepy while waiting the registrar. Also catch my folder when it is blew the air.

My learning is all about, I learn how to be patience in waiting the person you are waiting. I learn to give respect to the person that is preffered to respect.

My feeling is that, during the time that I am waiting Mrs. Evangelio, i feel sleepy because she go home for a while to breastfeed her baby. But I feel happy when she came back in few minutes.

My 1st experience (Oct. 26, 2009)

This day, Miss Anjie required us to wear a formal attire. Before the discussion is to be start, Miss Anjie start with a prayer. When the discussion about the powerpoint presentation I experience to be with the faculty, I thought that they are serious in having a seminar like this, but I can say that they are more than "pasaway" than us during the discussion. I experience to sit beside with Mr. Suazo, when he ask about what to do me and patria tough him what to do.

My learnings is that, from the discussion of Miss Anjie, I learn more about the parts and functions of the Microsoft Powerpoint Presentation. Through the informations that I learn from the discussion, I can apply it, share it, and teach it to the lower years, fellow students, and friends of what i learn.

My feelings is that, when Mr. Suazo ask me of what to do, i feel nervous, because I am not aware when the teacher ask me, I am affraid because I am not sure if my responce to the question is not correct.
